I suppose it depends what defines a 'local derby' It has to be considered a local match for both clubs to qualify. Swindon will look to Bristol Rovers, and Brentford will look to Charlton, or Leyton Orient. I suppose it would have to Brighton then, because they'll see us as being a derby
-
I've been to a couple of Saints v Brighton matches, and there wasn't any real animosity between the fans I got the impression, our mutual hatred of Pompey brought us closer together
-
Clearly the best ones will have homophobic connotations
-
LOL Swindon v Saints is the official 'Traffic Lights - Roundabouts' derby
-
A few years back, I drove to Swindon 3 times a week for work The worst thing about driving to Swindon, is the 'magic roundabout' outside the ground
-
For some strange reason, I'm convinced it will be Walsall at home

His track record in management is better than both Boothroyd or Cotterill. He got Reading promoted from League 1, then got West Ham promoted from the Championship. He also took West Ham to within seconds of beating Liverpool in the FA Cup final
-
I'd be worried for some Blue Sq Premier sides Setanta have covered this league extensively, I bet some clubs will be sweating on future revenues
-
If Boothroyd and Cotterill are considered candidates, I'm very surprised nobody seems to mention Alan Pardew as a possibility
-
You can't compare eras During a rainbreak at last years Wimbledon, the BBC showed a replay of the 1978 Womens final between Navratilova & Chris Evert - without doubt, two of the greatest women players of all time However, I couldn't believe how slow it was, the Williams sisters would have murdered them So, comparing Federer with Laver is totally unfair
-
My apologies to MJ, I didn't realise he suffers from Dyslexia However, previous posters are correct He knows how brutal we can be on here, why doesn't he use a spellcheck?
-
Is this for real? I don't believe his English can possibly be that poor
-
Yeah, my apologies They got relegated the year before the Premier League started! Financially, a disastrous time to go
-
Brian Blessed is doing another episode soon He was on Richard & Judy, and confirmed it himself
-
The takeover of Notts County is a fairly shrewd one They are a very old, famous club - founder members of both the 'Football League' in 1888, and the 'Premier League' in 1992 They have little debt, a decent stadium, and for a lower league club, reasonable support Could be an opportunity to make a fortune if they make it to CCC

The media vs Nick Illingsworth & Richard Chorley
Dicko replied to Matthew Le God's topic in The Saints
My opinion of Chorley & Illingsworth is simple Tossers -

I would love to see a huge club like Liverpool go into administration

Talking of blonde bombshells I've changed my avatar to pay homage to Channel TV presenter Jess Dunsdon
-
I bet it's a seriously bored 35 year-old English guy, just taking the ****
-
I know he's a source of ridicule, but there's something quite endearing about Boris
-
I really don't care anymore I just want to have a club to watch next season
-
I assume you're referring to Colin Calderwood? he has been linked with Saints before
-
I agree with Oxfordshire Sorry Tim, I think you're totally overreacting
