Agreed. There's no getting away from it - Martin O'Neill is a brilliant manager. Villa have a fairly small squad in comparison to others, but O'Neill uses that to his advantage. They seem to have fantastic team spirit, lots of pace up front and look a strong unit. If we are to see a shock this season and a team breaks the into the top 4 - I think Villa are most likely to do it.
