my comments have nothing to do with him being a "rich hickey" more to do with he knows fook all about football and should leave that side of things to those that do. We all know that the ONLY reason he came back was to protect his investment, what business man wouldnt? If we know this then the players do too. Please dont assume that i thought for one minute that him not being a council estate born and bred football fan didnt give him the right / knowledge to give this so called motivational speech, more of the fact that he isnt qualified enough to do so. I wouldnt give a motivational speech to people you work with and visa versa.

in what way is that daft. What good has he done at board room level, let alone in the dressing room. My point, although maybe not presented in the best way is that you wouldnt get a hairdresser to fix your rather expensive ferrari, so why get a non footballing guy to give team talks to a football team?
