Oh look, "idiot" has just woken up.

It doesn't work that way at all.

Lets face it, the second was a bit boring and so fighting is surely an acceptable alternative...

In my opinion it would go into the club as a 'directors loan', at the very least there would be personal tax advantages for ML. That does not mean that he would ever want the money back...... until he sold the club! (ala Mr Gay from down the road) Lets not fool ourselves too much, as nice as a chap he may well be (and is I reckon) he is still one of the most successful Euro businessman around and as a businessman you do things the right way in respect of making and protecting money. To suggest he would just 'donate' money is folly, why would he? I run a business, its mine BUT if I need to inject money then it is in a loan format and I can draw back on that. If my business was ever sold then I can get that money back as a creditor. Clearly he has no need to get his money back now or in the short term but you never know what is around the corner and so unless its to charity why would you just give the money away. Don't forget that ML and SFC are two separate entities, its his club 100% but its still accountable as a business, probably a 'Limited' company, i can't imagine that he is treating this a 'sole trader' business, therefore he would almost certainly be loaning his (ML) money to SFC. Thats what I reckon anyway.

As a STH I am bit disappointed that non investers into the club were served coffee by NC. Perhaps he is planning to visit us all personally?

If anyone has a spare ticket that would be good, ideally block 4 in the itchen, row K and seat 87, and can you take a cheque or CC?
-
If you read the original thread it was about whether you preferred the choices, not guarantees of winning at Wembley or winning the Play Offs, just which one would you take? And yes it was a rant, but it is a debate, sorry if people are not allowed recourse in your world. Childish rant? Don't think so, valid, not neccessarily multilaterally agreed of course but how i feel, in the same way of how Mr 19NC feels. File under idiot, Childish? Yeah, probabaly.

What is all this "empathy" about? I am sorry, but they on the whole didn't give a **** about us last year, they only thing they did was hope we didn't go out of business. Purely as a football fan of our club, they are the same as us, like Man Utd, like Wrexham and like Dover FC, but thats where the similarity ends (its what makes this game 'Great'). I hope they don't die, but to disregard this game at their time of peril says to me you don't really understand being a proper fan. They would have absolutely loved to have played us last season, and we would have hated it and now we get the chance to really 'do' them. They've just lost tonight and you have to say they are down now, what have they got left? Administration and a trip to St Marys, they must be bricking it and as a Saints fan I'm loving that (God, if someone had said after we lost to Doncaster at home last year how things would have panned out i wouldn't have believed it), and so 19NC you can leave all that moral ******** at your front door if you are actually going to the game. Empathy for them? Do me a ****ing favour!
-
yeah, but my point about beating them is because of the position they are in now, up **** creek and we can lob out the paddle and hopefully watch em sink!
-
You can only have one this season, what's it going to be? Me, and this is sad maybe and giving up a lot, but its beating 'them lot down the road', I'd take that because it could almost wipe them out. They are having it bad, in fact they are are worse off than we were (at least we kept our website!) and then to lose to us would be the ultimate humiliation, it couldn't get any worse for them really, and I'd love that. Wembley will be around for years, I am confident we'll make the play offs next year anyway, maybe auto promo and the JPT against Carlisle?? Nah, beating that bunch of sad. pathetic losers will do for me this season thank you very much.

40 grand a year man, you could help out Pompey!!

Matty used to frustrate me no ends in the beginning, but I reckon he turned out okay?

The f***ker! Nice support mate. No wonder your wife is sick!

Would you sign Papa Waigo N'Diaye on a permanent basis?
Noodles34 replied to Colinjb's topic in The Saints
I think he should play ahead of Antonio any day but I'd rather send em both back and sign someone half decent, neither of them are! -
Yeah, Redknapp has finally being caught by HM Customs & Excise over I guess some unpaid tax issues (i.e. brown paper envelopes... allegedly), along with his fellow mates from 'down the road' it shows that the place seems to have more alledged corruption than a small African state!
-
me too! I got banned once, for fighting, maybe Franny lumped someone after the Brighton match?
