I wonder how many games you miss to make it unfeasible? As above, fixture changes, holidays all contribute, as well as the standard of play being a lot less entertaining than previously. Exactly. Some people think the objective was not to lose by too many. There me thinking that you would want to try and win a trophy. Would rather lose by six trying than lose by a single goal defending. Though in saying that, when I watched back the final years later I was surprised at how good we were that day. Always had the impression on the day that we were not up for it and a dull performance but it didn't actually play that way, we should have gotten level.
