  1. Absolute music legend and genius. ****ing gutted I never got to see him live.
  2. Love to play in this, alas my skills are more Lou Reed than Harrison Reed...
  3. Indeed. Is it too late to loan Gallagher, Hesketh, Reed and Sims to Wimbledon, Hartlepoole and Northampton Town?
  4. [inserts Coldplay joke, smuggly walks away]
  5. Hmmm. Bentley is more... I don't know. Trustworthy? Bit harsh on Gazzaniga but you feel his concentration isn't there. Not much between then apart from the fact Gazza has had a couple of season in and around the first team at a Prem club. Nothing to say Bentley couldn't be better with the same chance.
  6. Payne is class, really like him as a player. Never gives up and has skill to back it up. Bit short though and would need to work on his power to be in the Prem. Would love to have a punt on him. My son would be livid (I'm losing him to Southend slowly, dammit)
  7. Yep. And a swim too. Or a bike ride (not a cycle, if you follow). And get some extra protein in you, always works for my sore muscles. And a foam roller. And a ****ing hot bath.
  8. Bloody hell, the jokes that would come from that. Their brands include Cialis, Methadone, Prozac, Zyprexa....
  9. Yeah it's weird isn't it? Lovely start, nice slight climb and some lovely villages. Back into the town centre, nice bit of Hove and then BOOM right into an estate with no fans, stinks of fish and tedium. Totally broke me last year, I was on for a PB of about 20 mins quicker than Paris, but ended up with the exact same time. Bloody Brighton.
  10. He is vey good but a tad under the level at the moment we would need. Great shot stopper and quick on his feet with good distribution too, but sometimes his decision making is suspect and has lead to a few of the goals against the shrimper this season. He could be a good bet for the future, a season on loan at a champ club would ben needed though IMHO. Source: being at Roots Hall a lot this season.
  11. Very nice, very nice. Really missing the marathon training this year, thinking about Bompey in Oct, hell of a long way fro Essex but the only decent looking out out of season. Anyone else doing that one?
  12. 51min. Hell of a course, mud up to ya calf. 9th overall out of 270 on my firs off-road run. [emoji106]
  13. Enjoy. Did it last year. First 2/3rd are lovely. Last is the most ****e run you will ever have. [emoji23] Seriously though, good luck.
  14. So 4.30 it is then.
  15. Trail run tomorrow. 10k round the Olympic Mountain Bike track in Hadleigh, Essex. Not done a decent off-road before so should be an eye opener in this rain.
  16. Yep my thoughts too. Only issue is that UA have launched their own wearables this year so might not be happy with Garmin being stuck on "their" kit.
  17. Took 2 seconds on Google to disprove that ffs.
  18. Is it me, or does the journo not understand the term "respective" here? I had to read it twice to see who had what injury.
  19. That the problem with these atheists, no moral compass [emoji23]
  20. Nice one, very good time
  21. Yeah I recall that as well.
  22. Blimey, I remember Jill. RIP. Sad news indeed
  23. Ah man, that weather must have been a butch to run in. Fair play in the time, bloody good going in the conditions.

Can be caught out in position time and again and is sometimes wasteful with his final ball.
