A touch in their box. City will have to be wary.
-
Almost got to the edge of the City penalty area. Progress.
-
No strikers at all. Musk has thrown in the towel.
-
Musk has probably given Tall Paul defensive duties this week with a instructions of marking Haaland in the middle of a back seven for Saints. I suspect Saints won't plan to venture even as far as the half way line very much in this game. Expect a near empty stadium by the end.

That was reminiscent of the early season Russball. Slow, passing backwards/sideways, hardly any attacking threat at all and easily beaten by a not very good team.
-
Can't even get a cross in to the box. Hopeless.
-
How has Skipp not got a 2nd yellow?
-
THB loses more of his value.
-
Musk has clearly given up now.
-
Leicester easily play through the Saints press, get the ball forward and have a shot.
-
First thing Dibling does is to lose the ball. Results in Leicester corner.
-
Saints get in a position to cross the ball and it ends up back in our own half. This is rubbish.
-
That many? Did he kick off after the goals?
-
To be fair it's only Leicester that seem to have any desire to actually score. These boring defensive tactics just are not working.
-
Has Stewart had a touch yet?
-
FFS Stephens

Whoever the new manager is he's going to have quite a job to drive out the Russball fetish. Maybe it needs an exorcist.
-
Who saw that coming? Leicester goalless run ends with Saints handing a free shot to Vardy.😐
-
Many years ago this used to be pretty standard as a tactic.
-
3-0 up and then conceded 3 in 5 minutes apparently. 😇 Nice to see a Saints win though.
-
SMS is a pretty bland stadium and nothing like The Dell to help make opponents feel the pressure. On the contrary, I suspect opposition teams look forward to having a pleasant day out at St Mary's.
-
I read that today's result makes it 28 points lost from winning positions this season. That's nuts. Can't believe we've taken the lead that often.
-
If nothing else, that game showed how dangerous crosses into the box can be. Have to have someone there to attack them though.
-
Fulham should have been out of sight long before that winning goal. Saints really showed that they're a team of middling Championship players with a losing mentality. Doesn't bode well for next season.
