The finishing is really quite bad.

It seemed to me that Rickie was one of the few players that looked comfortable with the ball while also managing to pass it to a red shirt occasionally. Admittedly the Ukrainians were also pretty adept at finding red shirts too.

Have just come in. I take it we have the same old story of being unable to penetrate against the park the bus sides.

He's a fine player. Happy to have him in the squad. If he has a noticeable shortcoming it's in his poor finishing. He really doesn't have much of a shot on him. If he works on this then more goals will come.

I can just about go along with the new home shirt - grudgingly. That bib thing on the away shirt though. Looks dreadful.

Just can't abide that V shape thing. Looks awful to me. I can live with the grim colour (or lack of one) but it just doesn't look good in my opinion. Zero chance of me buying either shirt but that's because I'm approaching 60 and blokes my age shouldn't be prancing about in football shirts.
