Finances permitting its time we did something with SMS, it's very tired, dated, drab and generic. It was what we needed at the time, the Barr Construction "flat pack" was the cheapest £ / per seat available, but things have moved on.

Not sure how that fits with his family being keen for him to stay with us, there is also the chance he will get lost in the Chelsea black hole (maybe why his family are keen for him to stay). A couple of years with us going the way he is going maybe the best outcome for all parties. Having said that I don't like these buy-back / first refusal clauses, feels like a lease deal.
