  1. Bonus for us, I’ve been impressed with Parker, it’s bound to have an effect.
  2. The club is premier league but the ticket office has always been Tyro
  3. All indications were we would be back by October, and as Whitey said, to retain our seats. Thought we were helping the club out a bit by stumping up. As I said way up the thread I’d gave been happy to leave it on deposit until next season but weren’t given that option. I feel more irritated by having it drip fed back, or not as in the last two games, than a definite conclusion.
  4. In the spirit of the thread I do appreciate what he has done for us, particularly under RK. The exception being the sulky season where he wanted the big move. If we do give him a contract it needs to be with a view to being a back up, I think his time has nearly come at this level.
  5. I hope you don't live to regret your post, but I've seen them a few times lately I think they look pretty good. They have a different line up to the one that started the season. On current form we are 9th, they 12th. I still believe we need to put out the strongest team we can muster and not take them lightly, which I am sure Ralph will not.
  6. I don’t understand the resting players philosophy. Fulham look pretty useful, we will need the strongest eleven we can put out to get something. We need to win the winnables, whilst we have been riding high we are also not that far away from mid table obscurity.
  7. Scousist!
  8. We will, it’s the best we can hope for given our resources. The top clubs existing a different realm..
  9. I say that in the context of we need our best 11 playing at 100% all of the time to maintain form. A few injuries and a bit of fatigue will take its toll as we are not able to rotate players in and out the way the real contenders are.
  10. Disagree, those on the bench were either out of form, maybe never to regain form, or unproven. I assume Armstrong was rested for good reason, but when it came to it we had no one to bring on to affect the game on Saturday, which, if you are a title contender, which is what this thread is all about, you can't have.
  11. I believe we have peaked, our painfully thin squad being our achilles heel. We could of course we do splash some cash in Jan bit it would have to be for proven established talent, so therefore unlikely. Saturdays substitutions demonstrated how weak we are beyond the first choice eleven.
  12. I didn’t have my ID checked, but a funny looking steward did measure my inside leg and give a a full pat down. I wasn’t expecting that.
  13. Stay in Gosport ya germ bag! 😉
  14. Lemina can be brilliant. Presumably there is no recall option, I don’t think Ralph would have him anyway. Bit of a shame, as we have a painfully thin squad which may make the next period difficult for us.
  15. Probably the strongest group we can field.
  16. Embarrassment
  17. They exist in a unique and super privileged bubble. most know no life outside football and for the most part are not educated. No doubt they have good intentions, but are ill advised to support BLM, there is no separation from taking the knee and the extremist BLM movement.
  18. Feel like we lost
  19. Redmond should have grabbed that game by the scruff of the neck, too many short passes not enough turning and direct running
  20. Tippy tappy crap
  21. Yes, oh, I mean no
  22. Sense a Vestagard or McCarthy balls up coming tonight
  23. Clive Tildsley sucks all of the excitement out of a game
