  1. Ok, you win, I have no life!
  2. I’ll think of you when I put another log in the fire whilst supping my ale with the smell of the roast wafting in from the kitchen.
  3. I think it’s hard for a player like him to play Ralph’s ultra disciplined style, I do think he is a game changing sub, but a weakness in a starting 11 right now .
  4. I really wouldn’t, I wouldn’t have Djneppo anywhere near the starting line up.
  5. ‘Bout time those habitual under -achievers had a spell in the championship and gave someone else a go!

    Walcott

Thoughts, pretty much in line with yours. I think he’ll end up on the bench, potentially a good sub, probably more effective than long has been recently
  7. You are 100% responsible if we lose tomorrow!
  8. It was an attempt at diplomacy, there is a lot of love on here for him, but since you’ve flushed me out, I don’t think he’s very good. Players whose success is largely based on pace often decline in the last years of their careers unless they can adapt their style, but I don’t think he has the football acumen to do that.
  9. I think Armstrong is improving slowly whilst Theo is regressing a little.
  10. I believe it.
  11. Everyone has a responsibility to stop being so easily offended, I am not referring just to race. The way it is heading we will just stop communication with people we do not know and trust. One example would be the bland nothingness coming out of commentators mouths, there is almost nothing they can say without offending someone.
  12. Ban all political gesturing, comments, slogans on tee shirts under the football shirts & virtue signalling from sport, just STFU and do what you are paid to do. I am so sick of it. Football used to be an escape, a release from life's pressures, its now applying more pressure to our lives.
  13. I said on the match thread we have been worked out, starting with Wolves. I believe there are times when Ralph needs to change things quicker, we were fortunate the game wasn’t gone by half time, we were also fortunate to still have ten, I was convinced Djneppo was going to get sent off.
  14. day do doe dont dey doe, likche
  15. its a bit embarrassing that highly paid pundits don't take the time to learn the current rules.
  16. Would definitely have been a penalty for Man U though. I thought it was anyway, there was a secondary action when KWP was in the box.
  17. We’ve been worked out, started with wolves
  18. Ref is a pedant
  19. Taking a bit of pity on your post that fell on stoney ground. I’m going to take a bit of license. It was actually a Leeds game is wasn’t at or didn’t ever see that made me become a Saints fan. I lived bitterne park, I was listening to the match on radio Solent (a midweek fa cup tie I believe) when I stepped outside and to my amazement could see the glow of the floodlights and hear the roar of the crowd. For those that did nor experience the noise of the 30 thousand crowd in the Dell, it was spectacular. The rest is history.
  20. In a nutshell, it’s about personal responsibility and decisions of the individual. Currently there is a clamour to make everything the responsibility of the state and I find it all really disturbing.
  21. They are not mutually exclusive, think your on to something
  22. One thing the club have been suspiciously silent on is alien abduction. I classic case of them tricking everyone into watching the right hand. I get the negotiation for his release was probably sensitive, but they could have kept us in the loop a little better. Please, don’t shoot the messenger, it’s not easy carrying the burden of this insider information! I’ve probably said too much.
  23. Do you think loving the saint is enough? He would know more than anyone how fragile a footballers career is. He could always by a season ticket when he retires!
