I don't actually think Osvaldo or Lovren will be injured, Shaw will play IMO - Boruc is the only one that I'm really worried about as he has actually already missed a game because of the injury. Shaw was just ill (and I believe this to be because the club didn't want him going to the U21 game.

So thats Boruc, Osvaldo and Lovren....(Rumoured!)

This has been put back a week apparently on instruction of the Football League. It will now happen on 6th November....not sure why the Football League has anything to do with a team between 2 prem teams but there we go !

It's not just Man Utd who sell them. The majority of games seem to have them sold at. I saw West Ham/Saints ones last year around the Boleyn.

Pretty sure that Wayne Thomas and Chris Perry played at the back in our 1-4, as Fonte was cup tied. Lambert scored, Lallana probably played if he wasn't injured. Sure the teams must be on te Internet somewhere. Guys talking ********.

He seemed to be the player he was at Chelsea last night rather than the one who has been fantastic for Liverpool. He played like he was the only one on the pitch, just wanted to shoot all the time, and only had one foot. He's still young and he's clearly a very talented player, but he's been much more of a team player for Liverpool than he ever was at Chelsea. Hopefully he pushes on though, and he is in form for the World Cup in the summer. Don't get me started on Welbeck though

In the evening we will probably just go to a variety of pubs/bars. I was mainly wanting to know where Saints fans were heading before the game. I'm sure we used to get 'main' pubs to aim for in the lower leagues - was always a good crack. Our support seem to be a lot more diverse now - i guess that's probably as we're going to more big cities people have more choice. Would rather not spend the whole time before the game in a pub full of Man Utd fans so if it will be much better heading into the city, then that's what we'll do - it's not that far!

Because from where we're staying it's just about walking distance to the ground - and we'll end up in the centre in the evening. Open to suggestions...Sour Mash you're normally ITK about pubs !

Yeah it will be superb mate, I baulked at the price though! Tickets were still available when I looked about a month ago.

Any advice? Last time I went there I was 10! Staying in Whalley range so ideally don't want to have to go into the city centre but will if we have to. Supposedly the pubs around the ground are Man Utd only... Cheers

Don't really have any affiliation with England Football, don't like many of the players, wouldn't spend the money that I spend on Saints watching them, they don't play good football, they don't excite the fans and they don't give me a 'feel good factor' when they win. Saying that I still want us to qualify for the World Cup and Euros and in an ideal world would win a trophy. I support England for a few hours a year, I'm a Saints fan for the rest of the time.

I looked at going the the WP on Sat night, but thought Sundays drive home would be too much of a struggle! Plus after paying £50 for a ticket, I didn't really want to pay 35 to get in a club!! Enjoy.

I bought the PS3/GTAV package for this reason. £200 in Argos for both, and bought FIFA as well so £240 for all 3 seemed pretty good. Also Gran Turismo 6 comes out soon which I'm a big fan of ...recommend it!
