Indeed. Reminds me of when Adam Johnson was at Man City or Downing at Liverpool. Would you have swapped them for Lallana? No, probably not. But because they're at a way bigger club, people straight away think, "well of course you would" look a bit further into it, and you'd probably say no probably not.

Yeah. If he scores a few more goals then he may have a chance. Has certainly been better this season than he was all last season for me.

Although I do agree with the point that we are a decent outfit, you can't just go through the season beating the odd top side and drawing against sh!t average ones. It's always harder when you're the team that everyone raises their game for which is why you have to take your hat off to Fergie for the last 20 odd years. It's easier to score against a side where there are a lot of gaps, but it's difficult when teams come and park 11 men behind the ball. It's something we need to work on.

Liverpool will have a really good season this year IMO. Have got rid of the ****e, lowered the wage bill, think they may have even made a profit this summer? Or maybe it was before they bought Illori, Moses and Sakho in. Still, they have a really good balance in their side, 2 top strikers, some top players in behind and a very solid defence. And a very impressive long term keeper. They'll do well this season and a point would be a great result up there.
