I had problems with my QPR tickets at the weekend (they never arrived!) so emailed the club. They were very apologetic and stated that we could just pick up duplicates from the QPR ticket office. Nipped to the ground before we went to the pub and there they were. Was kind of half expecting them to know nothing about them! Atleast there is improvement in communication which wasn't there a few months ago!

Just reported on Newcastle website that they have secured another 300 tickets for Sundays game. It was originally declared a sell out but these have gone on sale? Reduced segregation ala Coventry last season ?

He's worth as much as someone is willing to pay. Therefore very little seeing as though he's out of contract in 7 months. May be why his form has improved as he's now playing for his career.

Surprised he is still here to be honest, and he's better than Crawley. Could do a job in the NPC no problem if given the chance. Just needs to have a bit more end product. He did have some promising games for us and was a good option off the bench last year against tiring defenders.

I think our fans have been superb so far this season. Great to see and I'd say we've outsung the opposition in every game I've been to.

The January 2013 HCDAJFU thread...

Be interesting to see how Frimpong gets on at Charlton. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20393562 -
True, although Cork has proved since he's come in he is fabulous at the job he does. If he carries on like he has been the last 2 games then I can see teams being interested in him. Morgan has been very good this season IMO, Lambert has stepped up. Punch will be a good opportunity for someone as his contract is up in the summer I think? Lallana hasn't been amazing this season, but I can still see clubs being interested in him. Shaw has been superb since he's come in to the side and courted by the 'big clubs' so can see clubs looking at him. Fingers crossed though we can keep our first team together and add a couple more faces.

Atleast: De Ridder Chaplow Dickson Seaborne Possibles: Guly Fox I do worry that we may receive bids for players who have been great for us so far this season. And with the financial position of the club currently unknown, we may need to accept them. Although I can't imagine Cortese will be happy to listen to offers. On the other hand we might be absolutely loaded and happy to 'break the bank' for another few players. Hard to say.

Superb news for us, Cabaye is class.

3G pitch are the artificial pitches with little rubber pellets on. Seem to fill my shoes whenever I play on those pitches!!

According to stats is our fastest player! Hasn't been great since he's come back but he'll only improve. He's still young and still learning the English game. Special talent though he has such a fantastic touch.

Was superb yesterday. Best performance of the season IMO.

Coys!!!!!!!

Alfa Romeo. Expensive and potential to be in the top 10 but never far away from a break down!

Nothing surprises me with our shambles of a ticket office anymore!!
-
Ah ok. A mate just mentioned to me that they may go up on the coaches?
-
Oh right, will it be possible to pick them up when we get to London around 12 or will it only be possible to pick then up just before the game?
-
Found mine when I got back from work tonight, much more luck with this than QPR tickets!

So i haven't received my tickets for tomorrow yet so have got to pick up duplicates from the ticket office. Anyone done this before or know what happens with the original ones if other people try and use them?
-
Sounds like Fabio and Kieron Dyer will be fit for them...Dyer always scores against us ! Zamora and Park miss out though.

Is it just me or does that seem quite expensive...?

Think we're heading for Princess Victoria rather than Walkabout.
-
I'm very surprised, didn't even think we'd sell out let alone not even go on general.

Dropped her off, and drove home. Maybe I should be trying to make the most of it while her boyfriend is in the Himalayas!!

Got the Friday bug today, buzzing for tomorrow now. Think we've got a great chance of nicking it, they'll be very nervous, but will also cause us problems. I have no doubt about that as they have quite a bit of pace about them, but think if we can go 1-0 up then their crowd will turn on Hughes. Before last weeks game I said we need 4 points from the next 2 games. After getting 1 vs Swansea, we need to get another win under our belts before we start to get cut adrift. Norwich and Villa are starting to pick up some points, while Swansea, Wigan and Stoke have started well and also teams like Fulham, WBA and West Ham storming up the league. Probably have to go with the team that played so well Vs Swansea, only question is the keeper. I'd go with: ------------Gazza Clyne -- Fonte -- Yoshi -- Shaw Punch - Morgan - Cork - Lallana -----------Gaston------------ ----------Lambert------------
