Hope it's not a 442. Even if it means Lambert drops in behind J-Rod it would be better. Playing 442 will cause us big problems in the middle IMO.

Despite being a striker, J-Rod offers far more defensively than Punch IMO. Also we can change that formation, Could be a midfield 3 of Davis, Morgan and Lallana with J-Rod and Gaston either side of Rickie. Rickie in the whole behind J-Rod with Lallana and Gaston wide. Lambert up top with Gaston playing behind with J-rod and Lallana wide would be my bet though. Lots of fluidity available though.

Yer think it'll be an expensive weekend, but another ground I havent been to before to tick off and always a good night out. Plus I have quite a few mates around Liverpool so go stay with them for the weekend. Be nice to get a result there.

Be interesting to see what happens in goal. Saints said they were taking the Boruc incident very seriously, rumours of Gazza going out on loan and not been in the squad for a few weeks, and Davis not being good enough..

It will only sell out if we go and pick up a few points in November. If we can pick up 10 points before we play Liverpool, then yes I think it'll sell out. Otherwise, I'll be surprised if we get 1500 up there. Although there was good numbers at Everton, and Liverpool is a cracking night out,

Woke up in a positive mood this morning. Think we might snatch something from this. If we play like we know we're capable I think we can go there and get a convincing win....3-1. But we're also capable of losing 4-1 if our inability to defend carries on. Let's just hope it's clicked in training this week. *prays*

I'd be tempted but at work 9-5 and won't be around every evening...not sure it's worth it as I'd just slow you up...

No need to rush in January for new signings, as the only winnable game we have is Wigan. The rest will all be bonus points in reality.
