I am told that they don't employ on FT basis for the tills and shelf fillers. It is a good rate though for shop work and they tend to be very nice staff without the patronising 'here to help' nonsense. In any field good staff are good staff in my book.

Blimey! You get paid money for drawing a circle round a picture of a boat and spelling a team's name. Gizza job.

TBF Mike, they will probably claw it back from car park charges or upping BK's rent. At the end of the day if it is their negligence I think ss should claim for his 'loss and suffering'.

Seriously Tim, bin it. Do you realise how many nasty organisms lie within the cracked or chipped cup or mug?

I have drank Eldorado recently but can't remember where, it was in Southampton though, maybe Wetherspoons? A nice beer. As for Bowmans, they sell it down the Concorde Club another nice ale especially considering the low(ish) SG.

The actual area where it was held/stored for those couple of hours is directly below T1 adjacent to Queens Building, and at the time was not bomb-proofed. The area is one floor above street level 'airside' and even a smallish device going off there could have brought the treminal down on top of it. Aviation security although very heavily led by so called 'intellignce' is reactionary, hence the madness that fiollowed 11/9. in my humble opinion, they (terrorists) will always find a weakness in security. The biggest threat to security is and always will be Complacency, unfortunately we will never be able to counter complacency as it is a human trait.

Nick do you really want to start this up again? Take the defeat on the chin and move on mate. When the DVD is released you should study it closely. Anyway, you were tapping me up the other week! What changed?

If anyone is worried about crashing they can check the stats here: http://www.airdisaster.com/statistics/ It's fairly safe really.

Jilly, flying is fun, crashing is not. The advice of placing your head between your legs just before impact is so that you can kiss your arse goodbye.

Thinking about it, this past season is going to live on in our memories for so many reasons. Now that we are (almost) saved we can start looking back with a smile or two. Marches, boycott's, pitch invasions, Saints Aid, the Forum match, the Dutch experiment, Rupert ****ing off and Notts Forest away. Brilliant.

The chap in the trilby (4 secs), looks like Grandad from Fools and Horses.

Has Roy died? More sad news.
