What the **** are you on about ? When did I mention team selection????
-
I think it is probably more a case of cash flow rather than having no money. We don't get the Premiership money until June, yet have had to fund a Premier team in the mean time.
-
The problem appears to be too many cases. How many contractors have we gone through internally at the ground and training ground? I think you might find that Franny is a little more flush these days as well.

We have offices there and they all believe they are going to war. One of the most amazing places I have ever been. One one the strangest places I have ever been. No one will win and it will be a bloodbath.

As I have suggested before, If the next set of accounts have line items for legal fees, out of court settlements and forced financial judgements, then people will have all the information they need.

Ha ha .... Butt fooked by the Swedes with our own National Anthem

So one pay day to Christmas and the pledge money will start being collected next week? I have a feeling the New Forest is about to be raped of heather.

The trust won't be buying the other land, the property developer will. However, If there is anyone that can explain to me, what is to stop Chanrai offering himself 4 million (5 , 6 or whatever upto his 17 million owed) for Fat Pipes Park, I would be very grateful.

The answer is no neil..... One of teh other conditions to the council loan is that the Parachute payments were guranteed to them from the PL, which the PL said they couldn't do.

Skates don't swim - They flounder And Mack is always welcome on here

And a nice little twist, with this latest good news. If the FL, sanction the trust takeover, they know there will no margin for error with the day to day running costs...... What better way to ensure their overheads are further reduced, than sending them down a league, where transfer fees and salaries are much less. Dig out the Luton file and re-apply

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm Very intresting, I wonder who has recieved their letters? Some good news for Portpin....... Despite being executive director of Pompey and representing the Ali Al Faraj-led consortium, it has also been claimed that Mr Jacob also represented Portpin. But the tribunal rejected an accusation of conflict of interest today after finding that the allegation had been "inadquately pleaded". The solicitors were also cleared of acting recklessly. After the verdicts were handed down, Mr Ryan turned to Mr Jacob and said: "That's a great result for you." The case came as insolvency specialists Baker Tilly, the firm appointed to liquidate the old company that owned Pompey in 2010, revealed that it has sent out legal letters warning several people that it intends to take court action to recover money

This came from a s****horpe player who said it was every game without exception, but no idea if he still does it downhere for half times; First five minutes - Total silence and reflection on the first 45 mins Second five minutes - Players have their say, on the game, what has / hasn't worked well Thrid five mins - All Nige

Totaly agree, but this match, is much more a one off, than a preferred shape or style. We need a result, it is as simple as that. The pretty, one touch, pass and move football, we have enjoyed, has gone. Not just because we are playing at a higher level, but the confidence and bravado has been sucked out of us. What we need Saturday is a "blood and guts" perfomance and Chaplow for his football failings, probably fits that bill the best (For me). I would also bring Jos back in place of the Jap defender (Can't spell his name).

An intresting explanation of how the property developer role will work.taken from a forum.... The devil is in the detail, and the detail of this property developers role is to act as a 'bridging owner' of the ground whilst the Community Club raises the funds to buy the ground off of him. The deal is for a 10 year lease to the club with an option to buy it back for a similar value to which it is bought within 5 years. In the meantime a rent for the ground will be charged starting at a peppercorn rate and rising, but still under market rentals for such property. What's in it for the developer? Well if he gets all the land around Fratton Park, it gives him an 'in' on the major planning stumbling block to developing that land. If he doesn't get the surrounding land he gets his money back within 5 years with interest covered by the rent. There's a bit more to this than my simple summing up, but there's more than enough room for all parties to make this a viable solution to getting Fratton Park owned by the club whilst getting rid of the noose that is the charge

Some of the few think it is Kevin Phillips coming on loan from Blackpool.
