My argument was that lowe as Chairman, CEO or whatever, wrote cheques he couldn't cover, after being told not to. My theory is that he played chicken with Barclays, as in not believing they would do anything.....................But that's all it is a theory. The facts however are quite simple, don't go over this amount ....but he did, hence bounced cheques and administration. Maybe his calculator was broken that day, may his calucaltor was broken when he had to write to creditors of R F Webb and beg them not to put them into administration. May be his calculator was broken when he posted the continious losses for 3 quarters, for WH Ireland and their share price dropped by nearly half in his first 9 months as Chairman......may be he doesn't have a calculator, or maybe he's just not very good

Quite..... Which is exactly what lowe didnt do  ....hence bounced cheques and administration

I made that 6 infractions But I'll bite..... Why? Eveything we do has a consequence. If the courts won't deal with scum in the way that society demands, then social justice comes into play.(And even when they hand out the harshest sentances, social justice will ensure it is not a smooth ride) The subject is immotive, but the rules are the same for far less trival things. Still intrigued as to why my view makes me an "Ill informed scroat" and an excuse of an imitation of a man". One can only hope a crime such as this isn't bestowed on your family................ Or would that be ...............

EFM, Did you used to post on SaintsForever

Bizarre beyond belief. I won't post your comments on Pearson as it will make you look stupid and you seem to have mastered that all by yourself.

Social justice my friend............NOTHING wrong with it.

I'm a tad concerned..... I agree with 19c

And quite true. A number of his supporters stopped posting after his initial demise, were quick to return, when he did and now...............nothing. Quite bizarre

Ha ha - You have got to be joking. As someone else has said he is not 100% and something I have already posted. What is lacking is that half a yard, not effort. He got through so much work in the first half espeacially. Did you see where he ran from for his goal, or for the amazing bent cross to the back post or the effort that waigo put over the bar (Would have been one of the best goals ST Mary's has seen)

If you’ve supported Saints for more than a couple of years, you show know that we rarely make things easy. If you’ve supported them for over 30, you should now expect us to never make things easy and today was a case in point. What a bizarre but enjoyable game. One minute were playing smooth passing football and ripping them apart, the next were plagued by individual sloppy, schoolboy errors. But in between our moments of uncertainty, we murdered them – quite literally. The switch to one up front and the long ball, opened them up time and time again and another day it would have been 5 or 6 (That’s on top of the other 3 we should have had in the first half). The ref came in for some stick, but I actually thought he had a decent game, he was consistent in his decisions. The linesman got a few things wrong, but apparently is suffering from a new medical disorder called “ Papa Elbow”. I’m not going to score the players, everybody has different opinions anyway, but special mentions to; Lloyd James (Best game in a long time) Perry ( very solid, with one outstanding tackle/ block – He will keep Trotman out on that form) Lambert (Still not fully fit imho, but what he does he does sooooooo well and scares the ****e out of defenders) Hammond (Would have been MOM in most other games – was everywhere, but Morgan just pipped him) Scheneiderlin (MOM- Outstanding in every department) Harding (Solid as ever) Jaidi (Bar two stupid mistakes, which both nearly led to goals, he was a giant and won everything) Lallana (Faded a bit in the second half but what that boys does with a football is amazing- pure quality) Overall we’ve got to be happy that we are out of relegation. Pardew I’m sure will want to get to the bottom of the fact we are making things so hard on ourselves in the last few minutes of games, but a win is a win and as I said, another day it would have been 5 or 6. The other thing to mention is we were physically knackered (To a man) and may be the last few games have taken their toll. I hope today was the last day I look at the relegation places for a long long long time (Unless of course I want to laugh at our fishy neighbours)

Summers, the song was written and sung by a bloke called Martin (Not a band from london) who used to post on the old board. Milan Mandric had him arrested (Dogs and all) for a particular line in the song, that he claimed caused racial tension (I think the charge was Inciting Racial hatred or something equally stuipid) ; "Milan only bought them cause it reminded him off home" All copies at his home were destroyed, but still plenty floating around Southampton
