The trust intend to settle with the former players at £2 million so if Chinny were to amend his offer to, say, £3million then surely that is a better deal for the creditors ? It would also be in keeping with his style of 'profit by opportunity' ! Having said that, the offer of paying the players £8.5 million over 4 years is probably a better bet for him as he wouldn't think twice over defaulting on the deal (I'm sure his mate AA has a number of cunning solutions up his sleeve, ready and waiting!).

IMO Cole would be an expensive replacement for David Connolly in the treatment room so best forget it, as for David Goodwillie, I've seen him play a number of times and (at best !) is a poor man's Billy Sharp so we don't need him either !! Clearly CB's and pacy wide men are the priority and I don't consider either of those two in the right category !!!

I'm sure that after 30 years of dreaming about the PL, Rickie would be happy to drop back to a lower division to play for a club in turmoil with the owners, manager and fans, yeah right !!

Just watched the goals on the FL show from last night ! Their defence was abysmal and the guy who got sent off is a CB so no doubt they'll be back in the market for reinforcements ! I just pray that they are not targetting the same CB's as us because we just can't compete against them when it comes to wages
