Stadium rules declare that standing is acceptable in a period of excitement. If there are people out there who don't find it exciting that their team has just won a penalty in the final of a cup at Wembley, that is their own malfunction, not the other 50,000 who were stood up in anticipation.

Travelling up from Weymouth the train was packed when we reached Totton. When we got to central they could barely fit anymore in, with queues right out the station. I wonder how people who had to go in the opposite direction felt about having to queue....

I'd like to see a stadium of it's size and with it's facilities that is massively cheaper. As in, I think people are forgetting just how much work it actually takes to build a stadium like that...

I think it all depends on where you sat. I was right behind the goal and honestly could not hear the two side stands when they were quite obviously chanting. Wembley is shocking for atmosphere, full stop.

I asked a group of lads behind me why they were booing and they said they just assumed it was the Carlisle chairman. Numptys.
