Both. We haven't got enough creativity in midfield and up front Lambert is having to do everything on his own (ala Torres at Liverpool, difference being Torres is a world class striker) therefore he cannot get the chances on goal like he did at Rovers.

Exactly. I don't spout out the "lucky to have a team at all" line because it's stupid, yes we ARE lucky but that has no bearing on how we do AFTER we are saved. However, we are still rebuilding due to a short amount of pre-season with Pardew.

Mills doesn't deserve to be dropped IMO, he's been one of our most direct and dangerous players so far. I kind of agree with regards to N'Diaye, but I think he'd be more effective up front.

By the end of next summer. And from what i've seen we HAVE been playing well - last week V Yeovil was an exception, but we won anyway.

We have a defence that any team in this league would be happy with. In midfield and up front we are still not strong enough. Hence, we are still building.

But we are not finished rebuilding yet, that is blatantly obvious.

A few seasons ago Derby scored right at the end against us to win the game. Did people think Billy Davies was a lucky manager? No, they thought he was god and that he had done brilliantly to get his team in such a physical state that they could score so late on.
