There's no real reward for going down the Evil side of things, other than a couple of unique powers. One mission highlighted this quite well "I can defuse the bomb and then these officers will help me, or I could just let it blow up". Who in their right mind would refuse the help?

Is it just me or does it not work very well? If you load it up from a bookmark (or if it's your homepage) it comes up saying error. But when I try just typing the address in, it sits on "new site coming soon" forever and ever.
