No, we don't. The John and Jones deal may have been separate, but there was no way Sunderland let us have John on a free - no doubt we enquired about him after they bid for Jones.
A points deduction on that scale would be ridiculous. Where would United be now if they had a 15 point deduction? That simply ISN'T fair, because they ARE the best whether you like it or not.
Papering over the cracks isn't the answer. To sort this out you need to go to the source of the problem - the massive amounts of money being spent.
"we all need these colours,
we all bleed these colours,
when our hearts are on the line,
we cry tears of red and white"
Make a good chant IMO, and a unique one for once.
Why does everyone seem to think McGoldrick is a powderpuff? Since january (and his massive upturn in form) one of his best attributes has been his ability to run at defenders and hold players off. He has great strength.
Highlighted the important part.
I was going to go, but it's really not the sort of thing you book tickets for. There would have been a very big walk up.
And as for the costs, I know for definite that the stewards were working for free. I doubt we were paying any of the players a fee either.
Be gutted if this is cancelled. But I can understand why people are so reluctant to go, i'm p*ssed off with these appeals to "prove how good" we are as well.
