The club should have reduced to £399 across the board, would still make ridiculous profits and would bring back a lot of the fans who have been driven away in recent years, improving the atmosphere and increasing match day revenue. Someone said they'll think that they can't increase revenue by that much as games were all close to selling out...that may be true, but how many games did it actually LOOK like they were close to selling out? Thousands of empty seats every game where people clearly couldn't shift the tickets they bought or just couldn't be arsed. Due to extreme financial difficulties and an elderly, struggling parent, I am on my way to see my first and probably only live saints game this season. It's blown way out of proportion by people who's sole purpose in the game is fighting racism - if racism is defeated, what use do we have for them? Football is way ahead of society at large in terms of being accepting of all races/sexualities. The English football mentality is that we only care if they're good enough and not dragging the club's name through the mud. The three left backs thing is weird, but Walker plays at centreback for England so it's only 2 Right backs really. You could argue that he only needs to pick one right back and then could use Walker as cover if that right back gets injured, but then you're losing your first choice right back AND one of your first choice centrebacks to another position, so...

Yep, Sissoko shoves his forehead into Redmonds face and pushes him back with it. Clear as day a red, i've seen red cards given for subtler movements.

It really wouldn't be easier to organise moving that many season ticket seats to the other end - whilst convincing people who have sat there possibly for almost 20 years to move - than to just switch which end we kick towards.
