Morgan Schneiderlin comments in 'France Football' magazine
Saint_clark replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
If he does then he cannot seriously expect to be sold next summer. -
Well if it weren't for Costa he would certainly be in with a shout for top scorer. Unfortunately I can't see past him. As for finishing top 4...anything is possible. We dropped off in december last season, and this seasons christmas period is even tougher - so let's see where we are on january 1st.

Morgan Schneiderlin comments in 'France Football' magazine

It certainly makes me think that selling Schneiderlin was in their plans until they saw the backlash after the Chambers sale. -
Well it was originally used by Argentina fans at the world cup, is that "ultra" enough for you?
-
Type of player that the squad definitely needed until Rodriguez comes back, unfortunately with the amount of money we brought in we had to shell out to get him.
-
So wasteful.

"If so". As in, if it DID hit his hands then that's handball all day long, but I know some people would say it's not because he didn't mean to touch it.
-
One thing I really don't like about Pelle is he seems a bit overly selfish. It doesn't matter if the balls passed to him and he messes it up, passed somehwere else or the move dies out, he invariably ends up moaning at the rest of the team. Then today he literally MOVES IN THE WAY of Schneiderlin having a clear shot at goal from 6 yards and deflects it for a goal-kick, and shoots from 20 yards rather than sliding it through for Davis who was free on goal.

I thought it was sitting back and booting it long we struggled with.

Yep, ridiculous. Earlier in the half Mane and a Spurs player went shoulder to shoulder and Mane stayed on his feet and shrugged him off, no foul was given. Wanyama has gone shoulder to shoulder twice, outmuscled the Spurs player and been penalised both times. It's f*cking ridiculous. Was it just me or was there a handball from that Tadic freekick when it hit the wall? Stream wasn't great but looked like it deflected off the hands of the player. If so, really f*cking annoying - that should be handball all day long, and I specifically remember us having a penalty given against us for that a few years back. I honestly didn't think we were THAT bad. Spurs were very good and we were just...OK.

Can't believe this thing is still here.
-
Really? Not surprised, but still - what a cúnt
-
Surely by that logic when a player has as storming game you wouldn't say the manager picked the team well you'd say he was lucky those players were available?
-
Arsenal fans were the same, nothing from them till Sanchez scored then look over to the right and they're all stood their with big smug grins holding their scarves up. Then didn't see their faces again all game.
-
Where was it then?
-
Well they've lost 2 of their 3 games at home so far, only beating QPR.
-
Bit of history rewriting there David, schneiderlin signed the summer before we were relegated and never played in the youth team (was a regular starter that season). Also don't remember him getting bullied much in league one, he learnt how to deal with the physical game very quickly in his first season.
-
Ermmm no, Liverpool were second when Suarez played his first game last season.
-
I've bookmarked it for watching.

That article is set up in such a way that you're supposed to feel disgust when looking at the picture of the woman, but she is absolutely spot on when she said that she is entitled to.

Heavily moderated? Hardly moderated at all, doesn't need it anymore due to the lack of posters! Over the last year a lot of people have decided not to renew their subscription. Mine runs out in the next couple of weeks, looking forward to that.

Hit the post, wasn't given a fair chance.

Thanks for that Captain obvious, but neither of the incidents involved kicking someone in the face - in fact Pelle was CLOSER to kicking Caulker when he scored than he was when the foul was given.
-
Not really. When a keeper handles outside the box, it's usually denying a clear goal scoring opportunity. I HAVE seen keepers being only booked for it in the past, when they've done it out wide (think it was QPR at home years back when the keeper slid, grabbed the ball and slid out of the box. Free-kick and yellow card followed by a Darren Powell goal).

Free admission to our under 21 match tonight at St Mary's
Saint_clark replied to Wes Tender's topic in The Saints
Giving free admission is a decent idea if you weren't streaming it as well.
