Quite ironic he was speaking on a programme called 'the agenda' as he quite clearly has one of his own.

Why not try doing a round trip that distance, training and playing in south american heat before judging whether he's taking it easy or not.

Quite a 180 there. Nice to see people are starting to come round to my way of thinking though.

Tomaszczesny? I think not

1973 anyone?

Charlie you've had a mare here.

I'm pretty sure they weren't originally named in the squad though, that's the point. They were already injured when the squad was named.

Walker for Spurs as well, can't have played CL for a couple of seasons at least.

They weren't named in the original squad though so that doesn't make sense. People are talking about him being called up now that Walker is suspended, but once you've named your squad you can only replace members who get injured (I think).

You can only call up replacements for injuries can't you, not suspensions?

Only skimmed the thread, didn't see Vectis' reply...my bad.

That is absolute b*llocks.

That's not the question though, is it. The question is essentially who would you rather do better.

But England failing to win tomorrow won't mean we don't go through, it just means we're in the play-off.

Then I will have video evidence of the fact I've done nothing wrong.

You mean his incredible ONE red card for accidentally whacking someone with his arm? I've seen accidental elbows like that all the time that never get given, and some not so accidental when jumping for the ball. And it's amazing that you're comparing that to Osvaldo who has played less than 10 games and looked pretty feisty himself...

He's definitely not as lazy as people make out. It's the default view point for foreigners who aren't on fire. I've actually seen him track back and defend just as much as any other player.

Just use your camera phone. Very tempting, actually.

Because you can watch it without worrying about it.

United, undoubtedly. England can still qualify through the play-offs and to be honest I think I enjoyed Euro 08 more without us being there. Those 3 points on offer at Old Trafford however, they will be gone forever if we don't win.

Yeah, because Scottish and English players/managers have never worked well together.

Let's not start this again. There is a clear difference between a fixed view, stationary CCTV camera and a handheld police camcorder being specifically pointed at you for no reason.

So we shouldn't have sold Walcott, Bale or Chamberlain for more than £10 million?

It's far too early to say he's never going to do it, especially at his young age and after what was actually a very good season, despite what people like to say.

Mark my words, if he leaves in a few years he will be tearing it up someone else and the same people saying get rid will be berating the clubs short sightedness.
