It's weird that they insist on asking questions over and over they know they won't get an answer to when, as you say, there are far more interesting topics to bring up. I'd like to see someone ask him about the switch from zonal to man marking at set pieces and what the "small changes in the way we play" were that Cork talks about in his interview. (Although it seems likely marking style change was one of those things he meant).

To clarify, from the little I've seen I think he already has talent to improve upon. The others you've mentioned (with the exception of Griffit) never showed the necessary talent to justify being given the time to improve. Fwiw we also didn't really keep any of those players long enough to see great improvements. What's with the sudden venom towards Mayuka on here? We haven't seen enough of him to make a complete judgement either way.
