Have you tried writing a letter to Adkins or one of the players to see if you get a reply? Worth a go, I reckon the lot we've got in now would respond.

I seem to remember someone else getting a reply a while back, although it was pretty generic.

Watching Adkins interview on Saintsplayer and some of the training footage they're showing is very promising, the players look really, really sharp.

As pedantic as it may seem, if he even received your correspondence - and you spelt "the great mans" name the same as you did in this thread - he probably felt a bit insulted by it.

Why is that so ridiculous? You have a way of doing something and you do it. If meal A goes on plate B and meal B goes on plate A then that's how it should be served, it makes things look more professional if everything is uniform.

Erm...no? Unless I've missed something obvious, the level of vitriol from their fans after the winner and then at the final whistle was completely unwarranted. I got a fair bit of abuse walking back to the car as well, was very odd.

Some of the players mentioned in this thread have actually made a massive impact on Saints in the past, whether good or bad.

Who's the bigger mong, the mong who posts on a mong board or the mong who declares he's never posting again and then stumps up his fiver subscription less than a fortnight later because he's getting withdrawals? "Based on exactly what"? Richardson hasn't had the chance to prove himself at this level, so it's a bit unfair to just write him off - especially considering he was one of our best performers in a promotion to the Premier League.

I didn't think you needed any sort of registration to play in a friendly.

Based on seeing Richardson put in an outstanding season at Championship level, and not being that impressed by Naughton on the few occasions I did see him. I didn't say he's NOT better, just that I'm not sure he is. I think Richardson will surprise everyone again this year.
