Who will leave over the summer?
Golden Balls replied to Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd's topic in The Saints
He didn't. However his punch was very flappy. To be expected I guess. -

I would expect to see Holmes, Connolly, Harding, Barnard, Dickson and Forte to all go. I think Jaidi will retire and take up a coaching role Forecast to be loaned out to yet another non league side where he'll yet again stuggle to make an impression. -

I think it may have something to do with his ego when he is out and about in town Placing himself front centre in promotion celebrations this year and last without even getting a minute of bench time Punching a female in town Telling a couple of kids to 'f*** off' during a pre season friendly against Eastleigh Being paid a stupid wage for nothing Continuously breaking the law when behind the wheel Generally being absolutely useless and having the feeling of 'Lowe' about his signing made worse that apparently it cost us a sell on fee for Bale I've had a lot of first hand experience of his company, he's a toss pot! -
Avondale Varsity Red Lion (Where the landlord went a bit mental for some reason which wound a few large blokes up before they left) Bedfords Mates flat Pensioners 90 degrees (went in there as 2 birds had a fight in The Cricketers so nobody was allowed in yet) Cricketers Yuzu Kaos Burger van mates flat I'm not sure I got all this is the right order and I may have missed a couple of places out. Woke up with an aching liver which has only just stared to feel better. [video=youtube_share;SkNbOQAvxlI]

I would have no problem with our stadium being sponsored. I will always call it St Marys, and so will everyone else. It's basically free money whcih will come in handy when FFP comes in

Wow! The feeling I have compared to how I felt back then, it's hard to believe it was less than 2 years ago. Look at the table on the right hand side of that link! The side we put out that day is just as good as the one we put out against Coventry. Especially if you were to add Lallana into it.

Bantr.tv - 'Why The Saints Will Struggle In The Premier League'
Golden Balls replied to wireframebox's topic in The Saints
If he's 16, how would he know the city centre bars were quiet? The ones I was in were bouncing!! [video=youtube_share;SkNbOQAvxlI] The rest of the blog is funny though. You got to credit him for trying, but it is terrible! -
Everton, Wigan or Villa. They seem to start baddly and we need to get the first win asap.

Things that have changed in our 7-year PL absence...
Golden Balls replied to saintmatt's topic in The Saints
Wasn't it still called the 'Premiership' when we were last there? -
So are Coventry the new Southend? I also remember a similar thread about Walsaw. Of course, other results alo meant they stayed up that day so 2 sets of fans celebrating. Still, good luck to Coventry. Met a few during the course of Saturday night and we're a good bunch. Like others have said, they are ery similar to us so would like to see us both back in the Premier League.

Got in there just before I did. I also will be needing a sofa

I'm guessing we'll be able to steam pretty much every game now? -

You can watch it in 3D. OOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooooo -
Dear Nic, Please get ot the Maekus flag for Saturday. Also, those who had season tickets when we got relegated to L1 and still renewed should be given a free ticket next season. And for the love of god, release them early! Kind Regards Super Fan

Picture I took a few minutes after relegation in 2005

I was also one of those young enough not to know Saints outside the top flight. Because of that I knew nothing of the lower leagues....I wouldn't swap these 7 hard years for 7 in the premier league. I've had a brilliant time, despite the crap moments. -
No its not

Quite common that a lot of fans pick and choose games. They are more likely to choose the more important "I was there" games. I have plenty of friends that will do 8-10 games a season. They were not there for Barnsleys visit, but they will be there Saturday. I find it hard to believe you don't see that, and just looking for a reaction. I can't wait to see more super fans waving their STs at me.

RIP. Top bloke, can't believe it's been 5 years already. Will never forget going 0-1 down to Southend in the game we needed to win, then the crowd singing "Win it for Bally" - The players really stepped it up! My proudest moment to date was playing football with him and MLT in 2004. He still had it then!

20 Seasons of the Premier League - Awards
Golden Balls replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
I thought this. Although the best save I have ever seen was Paul Jones at OT against Andy Cole. A double save. The first was brilliant, the 2nd seemed impossible. To this day I still don't know how he did it. It was tainted though as about 15 seconds later they scored. Team: Peter Schmeichel Gary Neville Tony Adams Sol Campbell Ashley Cole (annoyingly) David Beckham Roy Keane Matt Le Tissier Ryan Giggs Thierry Henry Alan Shearer Imagine them all in their prime!!
