I think if we were 3-0 up and it was late in the game. Give it to Jose or Cork.

Club Finance Story - On Solent from 7am this morning

My god. A quick visit to skate forums and all of a sudden we're on the verge of admin. lol, they haven't got a clue. WIFM -
Tosh. Even if a few do come down, they'll only bump into scarfers. Nothing will happen
-
Just said on another thread, if the skates come in the expect way...The Station Pub is the best place to 'welcome' them
-
If the skates come the way I think they will, The Station at the bottom of Bullar Road will be the place to 'welcome' them in. As for skates travelling down without tickets....what are they going to do? Sit around while everyone enjoys the game inside the ground? Bit sad.
-
Yep. Was a hell of an atmosphere that night. For the greatest fans on Earth, they've never made noise at ours. Which is terrible when you consider that 3 of those visits they've had a bigger allocation eating into the Northam for cup games.
-
True, but some were picked up. Including "Who the **** is laughing now" so it's worth throwing some ideas around for a bit of fun
-
"The wheels on your house go round and round, round and round, round and round" "Does the social know you're here" To the tune of "Blue Moon"... "Blue few You're always standing alone Without a club to support Without a ground of your own" Do NOT sing "Pay up pompey". Makes them sound loud, stick with "F**k off pompey"
-
I would imagine there will be a lot a "sha la la la...." I'm all for supporting our team but in this game I am also fully behind the anti pompey chants. Especially as it's very likely we wont play them for a very long time...or ever again. the following on top of the usual would be good... "We're laughing at yooooou, you dirty skate b@stards, we're laughing at you" "Your sisters your muuuum, you dirty skate b@stards, your sisters your mum" "Always look on the bright side of life, do do, do do do do do do" "You'll never play here again" "The Southcoast is ooours, the skates are bankrupt, the Southcoast is ours" "Lets all have a whip round" "We're just too good for you, we're just too good for you..." "We'll sing on our ooown, you're so quiet, we'll sing on our own" This one makes for a good reply o anything they sing "we don't understand, we don't understaaaand, your pikey bulls*it, we don't understand" "ONE TEAM IN HAMPSHIRE!"
-
I think West Ham will get 4 points from those 2 games. I also think we'll draw with Blackpool.
-
If we win and this song played and the whole stadium sing it together as one towards the blue phew, it will cement it as ours. They will hate it forever more.

If we go up, what away games would you want to go to?
Golden Balls replied to kwsaint's topic in The Saints
Liverpool & Everton. That's all I really want to do. I'll probably slip a few London games in there -
Should someone tell Billy Sharp we didn't win the league last year?

He's been getting a lot of stick from Brighton fans on this issue all day -
I don't tend to leave before the final whistle as I usually only have to walk back to Bedford place and am in no rush. I can understand why some people have to leave though. But you're not telling me that the amount of people that left early on Saturday really had somewhere to go? They just wanted to cut down on the travelling time. Seems odd really. Paying att that money to miss 10% of it sitting in traffic. Even still, when the game is effectively over as a contest, I can see the appeal to some to want to miss some of the traffic. What I really don't understand is when its 1-1 and on a knife edge and plenty still leave!! What's the point? It's like going to the cinema and missing the last 10 minutes of the film. Madness.

Agreed not many really care, but it was the feeling that we were truely back. We as fans obviously made the most of it. I personally didn't care that it was only the JPT, I went along treating it like a major final. The club I thought was going to die just months beforehand were at Wembley lifting a trophy.

Justin Gladdis, the PA announcer at SMS is on twitter (@justingladdis). I tweeted him asking if he has a say in which music can be played after the game. Seems he does have an influence. My suggestion (IF we win and only IF we win) was... [video=youtube;yqLLDZvbG-U] http://www.twitter.com/justingladdis

I'm sure if they have any sense they would just come back with something along the lines of them winning the FA Cup.
-
I'm pretty sure they have to announce a day or two before the route they'll be taking due to traffic problems. Just like they did for our route
-
It really is a shame. I suppose we should be happy that at least he got to see us at Wembley.
-
They'll come over Northam Bridge. Therefore I'm drinking in The Station so I can give them a lovely welcome
-
I thought Swansea finished 3rd. I must be wrong
-
Didn't they post it on their official site. They're desperate, 30k will be a drop in the ocean.
-
What a great idea!! This will truely show we have the greatest fans in the world!! May I suggest we dress as Elvis? That would be HILARIOUS!!!
-
Didn't Kasey Keller say we were the loudest fans he'd ever played in front of? Pretty sure we don't shout about it though. Bless 'em
