So the sight of a blonde walking round in a micro tight black thong that did nothing except enhance the cheeks was a bit of an issue for crowd control... There are apparently a number of pictures on twitter, but the snapper guys all felt it less than polite to post any. Someone with more time this weekend than me and better knowledge of Instagram/Twitpics may be able to find some. It WAS a magnificent sight. Yes I DID consider taking a snap for you, but unfortunately I discovered Carrick is actually quite a lot taller than I expected and didn't fancy receiving a plaster cast to the nuts. Well, Carrick had surgery on his Achilles on Tuesday. Although he is now walking he knows it will be at least 6 weeks before he is playing again and is worried to death of any setbacks as he will miss the plane to Brazil. OK. It REALLY is best with fresh and warm Arabic Bread IF you live near an Asian Grocery shop you will often be able to get the proper "Pitta" bread. The really thin type, that can be lightly toasted to make it crisp without being carbonised and then use it as your spoon. Next making home made you should always make sure you add a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top of the dish before serving. And then you should try the King of all hummus... As we "order" in the restaurants here Hummus with meat... (Obviously this is best at a proper Lebanese Restaurant) http://shahiya.com/english/recipes/hummus-topped-with-meat-and-pine-nuts-3182 Now I have never tried to make the stuff, so I have not tried this recipe, BUT I posted the link so you can see what it should be made from and what it looks like - obviously the meat is warm when served. Another great one is with a pre-cooked chicken (Supermarket version) Thin Arabic bread, open in half (Pitta bread I find in UK is usually too doughy) spread with Hummus as if it was a thick layer of butter add warm chicken & top with a sprinkling Lettuce, Cucumber, grated cabbage, thin carrot strips THEN add thinly sliced Arabic Pickles (often found in Deli's) and of COURSE sliced Pickled Green Chilli or small chopped Pickled Jalapenos, Black Pepper & Seasalt to taste. (That is our 2nd best take away meal down here and a whole (but small) chicken with all those trimmings costs us about $4.50
