  1. 1. Scoring ability 2. NA & SC (along with DW) management 3. Team spirit
  2. Minor observations; the commentator called Nigel Pearson Nigel Worthington and another said 'De Ridder got de forth goal', made me smile.
  3. I think he probably would, even when we were skint we would have been more attractive than S****horpe, our set up would have be better and and the cash available wouldn't have been much different.
  4. When he and Walcott were coming through it was Best every one was raving about, then Walcott hit the scene with a bang and Best disappeared under his shadow.
  5. I dont think it was too hard to attract NA.
  6. The Cov lad had a point, this club wasn't turned around by a great manager or through the actions of its fan but because it was bought by a capable person. NA and us fans have assisted in the rise but the turning point was ML. So you can see why admin may be attractive to Cov fans, however it wasn't admin that was the turning point it was getting a decent buyer, something thats not guarenteed.
  7. Mines fine, have you tried switching it off and on again.
  8. Its good to see free kick routines coming back.
  9. Away to QPR a while back someone shouted 'Come along, come along' all game. Back in the pub after another game, the results were on the telly and I thought one of the scores was 5-15, I made a bit of a fuss about it until some one pointed out that it was the time of the late quick off.
  10. Grammatically it has to be 'are' instead of 'our', it forces you to have to re-read the sentance. I don't like WGS not the man the acronym, its GS or Gordon Strachan, also Citeh for Man City. But most of all the over critical moaners, whether they are having a go at players, the club, our fans, other fans, other posters. I can handle facts and opinions but baseless moaning gets me.
  11. That lasted for a short period of play, it didn't catch on end of. Move on. For those that think the Steeeeve chant affected his play can you please tell me what affected his play against Crystal Palace. He sometimes wants to work the ball too much and that makes him loose control, his touch got better as the game went on. So I don't think it would have affected him.
  12. I like All Saints Day, I always think of my mate Kev, RIP.
  13. Refs do this a lot, but I guess its wrong to make that judgement based on previous decisions. As you say in isolation what could the ref do, players know that studs up and over the ball is a yellow and the second one was in a stupid part of the pitch to risk a tackle like that. Hammond got done the other week and you just have to swallow it. I was on top of the second one and can't remember our players over influencing the ref. The ref in the main had a poor game, he couldn't even get the minutes silence right.
  14. Get over yourself who made you in charge, for the record its football where people chant, sometimes its moronic sometimes its subtle, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. So until the day you can guarentee 32000 Sour Mashes then you are going to have to put up with people seeing it differently. Have an opinion on the chant but saying someone looks like a knob for trying something is out of order. It wasn't offensive it was someones first name, maybe for the Brighton game you can hand out a list of songs you approve.
  15. Bunch of middle aged bores moaning about the youngsters having fun, you talk about being embarressed whilst using words like cringetastic, **** me.
  16. Maybe the real and the cyber world is just too harsh for you flower, stay in your bedroom for a bit, nighty night.
  17. That bit wasn't the question was it and besides it hardly offensive is it, its just a saying.
  18. **** waving bore
  19. It wasn't your disinterest I was bothered about its your opinon, it was your cock response to a perfectly reasonable question that made you look like a ****, imo.
  20. Dont know why it posted twice.
  21. Why did his post require this patronising ********, if you dont like the steve stuff fair enough, its hardly worth making yourself look a **** over. It looked like a bit a fun to me.

  23. Where did I say that numpty, I said consider their reaction. People can state the facts as they see them but maybe people should allow players to have a bad game without declaring that they are sh#t and we wont win anything without replacing them, as people were saying after Reading regarding Guly, Fonte even Lambert (iirc). Maybe the intelligent thing to do is take a longer view on someone before writing them off.
  24. Levens is better.
  25. I suppose the only thing I want to add is those that were knocking half the team after the Reading game should maybe consider their reaction the next time we play badly.
