I'm sure he's great but we don't need to take risks and I feel we need to protect our goal difference at all costs (especially at Spurs with Bale) - it's worth another point come the last day.
Look at the difference in Villa and Sunderland in one game!
Saturday is key
Not expecting us to get much from Spurs (although a draw would be nice)
It's the other results to watch on Saturday - obviously especially the Wigan game
My thinking is that we are not 100% safe yet - but one more point should do it
A point on Saturday would be nice.
At least Fox wont be facing Bale. Presumably Clyne - switched to left if Shaw is still on crutches (as he was last weekend).
When I started this thread the Villa result tonight was exactly what I feared might happen after Saints abject capitulation on Saturday.
Logic dictates we should stay up ... But why the fcu*k do we make it so difficult ?
The last three seasons have made us forget how painful it can be !
What he said ...And as a nice starting point look at his penalty save in extra time against Norwich and think what the table would look like if Norwich had won.
Much as I hate to say it ...we need Sunderland to convincingly thrash Villa tomorrow
That way Villa enter a world of pain and Sunderland will be less arsed about having to go for a win when they play us in two weeks.
Depressed - only good thing is that's probably the last we'll see of Fox in a Saints shirt - please God
Cancelled my night out
Why do we always make it so fc*cking hard ?
Blue Line
Personally I'm shocked by Liverpool's pathetic defence of the defenceless
When Prutton got his ban many did not like it ....but at least the Saints didn't attempt to question the FA's right to determine the punishment.
Shame on Liverpool's management ...or should I say MORE shame on Liverpool's management ?
Morgan for me - we should start a campaign to get him to take British nationality - he's been here long enough!
Since we have 5 games left, and J Rod will score 10 goals in them, expect him to be a late runner by May! #FACT
100% agreed.
His free kicks were poor yesterday - but most other parts of his game are excellent. He'll be a great player next season and beyond if we can keep him. I say "can" because I suspect most clubs would recognise the obvious potential talent that some of our bedwetting posters on here apparently do not
