By far most of a PL clubs wage bill is accounted for by the players. They could and should pay decent wages to the hourly paid staff, I doubt if it would add 2% to the total bill. easily

Wh0osh. It was a reference to people saying Claise was too small at 1m 69cm to be good.

He's not very good, only 1m 70cm.

Its pretty basic. There is a pecking order in football based on money, not size of support. The top PL 6 have more money so get first pick over us. We have more money than Feyenoord, Sporting, Salzburg etc so have first pick over them. Im not sure why people have to personalise it.

Lowe had great long term vision. Making the club stronger and bigger by providing a stream of players from the academy and increased income by building SMS. His downfall was that the club wasnt strong enough to fund those developments and put sufficient resource into the first team to keep us up in the interim until the benefits came on stream.

I know hes been a great servant but Davis should really be put out to grass, the club captain for sentimental reasons has gone on for a season too along already imo. Current players need an older experienced pro who has done it all to look to. Never quite cutting it at PL level and even then not for a several years doesnt fit the profile, different when we were in Lg1. It seems odd that we have good back up in all positions except the most important.

You'd want your kid to play for your own country surely? Even then I dont think you have to be born here to play.

Seems a bit unlikely. Its not like hes from some ****hole. There is nothing you can do with a British passport you cant do with a Dutch one.
