"Nothing at all" in the rumour http://www.eatsleepsport.com/southampton/balague-scotches-rafa-saints-talk-1471893.html

Fair point. Many saints fans will be out looking for a new Sunseeker.

Steve is spending his time on a Portsmouth News forum. Surely he isnt implying hes only there because they're paying him to be and he'd rather be anywhere else?
-
Thats what I was getting at. imo he has natural ability but hasnt benefitted from coming through the academy at a good club so is behind in his development compared with others of his age group. Itchen college ist probably a hot bed of coaching talent. Hes a late starter ala Ian Wright who could develop extremely well over the next two seasons if he gets played regularly and coached well.
-
Steve isnt really up for this is he? Sardonic is barely the word.
-
The Eastleigh thing is a bit misleading, making it sound like he came from the backwoods. Martin played for England U18s five times. I think he just needs game time and good coaching.
-
I doubt that they will all finish beneath us, but any of those 10 reasonably could, and I'm sure at the very least three will.

What is it with Puncheon? Cant think of any other player whose performances vary so much - and I dont think its down to disaffection at the moment, he seems to be trying hard. .

I like you posting here.

Thats not quite true. Even members club have to act 'reasonably' under the law and Chinny would be able to claim their actions in withdrawing the golden share caused him financial loss.
-
Some good (and some not so good) pieces in there. Cant help feeling that it owes more to a brilliant marketing strategy for his work than really pieces produced under the influence. Some of them are too technically difficult to have been done whilst stoned.
-
The FL must know Chinny is running rings round them. Whatever rules they invent he just circumvents them. The FL must also know that if they try to pull the plug and withhold the golden share they'd likely lose in court. What to do? Roll over, take the easy life and let it all unfold - or spend lots of cash in court and get dumped on from all sides? My guess is they will keep deducting points, hoping to gradually relegate the club into insignificance.

Strong, black, two sugars. -
My nine year old enjoys reading and is what I'd class as 'okay' at maths. He's bright but no prodigy. His class teacher told me last term that he can read and write as well as the average 16 year old leaving school. I found that depressing rather than pride making.

The nation isnt getting dumber - its just that the number of dumb people being allowed to take GCSEs is going up - they then score badly and lower the threshold for eveyrone else to get higher grades.

Coprolalia (dunno what it means but it sounds dirty). -
We really need to appreciate skills based abilities in the UK more and not be such a slave to academic qualifications. Practical instead of paper based examinations are the way to go.

When he said in June he didnt want to be rushed I guess he wasnt kidding. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2157672/Craig-Gordon-wont-rushed-move.html

Delete your girfriend and spend the extra time perving up the net. You wont have to go shopping in poundland, or go out at all.

I'll go first. C*nt. -
Course it is. Any manager with any balls would play an inexperienced 20 year who has never played above lg2. Nothing to do with Gazzaniga being ready. Right?
-
You think he's on crystal meth? wow. Actually thinking about it if you see the police before and after pics his decline is obvious.

Did something similar 10 years ago - flying to LA and then doing a circuit back to LA taking in Vegas, Death Valley, Yosemite, San Francisco and Santa Monica. Its a great trip and wherever you go you'll end up having a great time. I had some of the best times in places I never heard about before arriving there. Rusty's bar in Bishop CA where I got into a pool competition with the locals and girl burst into tears when she asked for and I gave her a disposable Union Jack bic lighter, the monitor pass in May (80f and snow on the ground), farmers market day in San Luis Obispo when all the students come into to town. The point is I guess is to take in all the big ticket sights, but dont ignore the small places on the way. Also sounds obvious but I forgot there can (will) be a massive difference in climate between LV / Death Valley and SF.
