It will take time but eventually the rest of Europe will become like the Netherlands and Scandinavia - they know no-one outside learns their language so they learn English to communicate - one language for home, one for abroad. 30 years ago only a small minority of people in France and Germany spoke good English. Now probably at least half under 40 do and in another 30 years you will likely be an oddity if you dont .

Games are a 4 hour round trip for me. If I want to go the game alone it means blowing out a 8 yr old and 6 year old who only see their dad half the week. If I want to take them to the game it means nightmare negotiations with their mother and spending at least £100. I actually think going to 5-6 games a seasn on that basis shows more dedication than a single bloke wandering down from his flat in the city via the pub for every home game.

Greece in 'trying to boost tourism because their economy is shot' shocker.

I'd have respected him much more if he'd been wearing Stone Island and no white trainers
-
Exactly. It was an oversight that no-one had told him it was illegal to conceal earnings from HMRC and he rectified that when they caught him. Nothing to see here.
-
Stone Island is more of a humorless uniform than fancy dress. Take the point though.

Only took online retailing maybe 10 years to turn Comet from probably the biggest electricals retailer in the country in to one you can buy for £2 - less than the price of their cheapest products. Where will I go now to check out goods in the flesh before buying cheaper online? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-15650763

He must be a bit simple to think they would tell him. Push the price up, alert the competition, destabilise the deal and **** off Butterfield and Richardson. Not an all round win is it?
-
"supressing good news" suggests actively doing something than just ignoring him. If it simply means keeping schtum about some transfer target, good for them.

Used to go out with a Glaswegian and got into a row with her dad on New Years eve when he started to sing a song about Bannockburn and so I made one up about Culloden. As a city tts a bit of a **** hole but a lot of character. Agree with Dune about Liverpool though.

Nice story trousers. I like this website, its based on the same principle - a loan from a helpful friend or individual is more likely to be repaid. http://uk.zopa.com/ZopaWeb/ -

Ignores the fact that the core market for companies like this are people who are really desperate, or aren't very bright, are poor at maths, are old and confused or have a learning disability. Just because some people dont know the difference between 4.124% and 4,124% isnt a good reason for government to not protect them from ****s that society would be better of without. -
I know nothing about antiques, but from an joinery / aesthetic point of view it looks to me like the whole thing has been badly restored and french polished / varnished. Unless its really valuable, which I doubt, i'd srtip it back to wood and then see what you have.

Well said. He was bought in as added depth for a league 1 team sitting uncertainly in the playoff positions and in need of more pace and options. Many of the same people now criticising Forte were then bemoaning how slow Lambert had become. He's provided that and scored a few vital goals along the way. Why anyone would slag him off now he is likely heading back to lg 1 to play regularly is beyond me.

Electricity is about three times more expensive per kw hour compared with mains gas. It wouldnt make any economic sense to use an electric heater to 'fill in the gaps'. Basically it sounds like at the moment your boiler is running constantly during the hours it is programmed to come on, super heats the flat and then switches off, leaving the place cold. If you cant afford to get a thermostat fitted you could simply turn the boiler water output temperature down (ie the temperature of the water running through the radiators). Much better to get a proper room thermostat fitted - ive got a programmeable one (eg you can set the temperature for say 21c during the day and 12c during the night) only costs around £50 excluding fitting, individual radiator temperature controls are around £20 . Also check that your hot water tank has its own thermostat and its not set above 50c - up to a third of your bill will be water heating. In a flat there probably isnt too much you can do easily to insulate, but you can cure draughts around windows and doors for just a few quid - 40% of heat is lost through draughts in older properties.

You're a slimeball Jonny who cant even lie convincingly Jonny.

These people claim to be the biggest suppliers on the planet and say there arent any irritave effects, especially if you use an oil based system - but you have to use the right compound for the machine (ie dont buy generic stuff) . http://www.smokemachines.net/faqs.shtml

Arent "stumpy little thing and covered in fake tan" and "not too bad" mutually exclusive?

"Texaco are fuellling our first team bus throughout the season" What with £5,000? Are we not going to half the away games then?

You are full of **** and will say whatever you think will get you your own way. You sound remarkably immature, not to mention repellant .

You cant even keep your story straight for more than 10 minutes.

So you are sending off the V5 today with another bit of false information. Its supposed to contain your current address, not your parents old address. Worth reporting to DVLC imo.
