If Pompey have broken the terms and conditions of his payments, which they obviously have ("first payment was due in January"), surely the confidentiality agreement goes out of the window too? Which goes against some of the "the players will get nothing if the club is liquidated" rhetoric the PDT trot out at every opportunity.
