  1. Have they ever done a Top 50 lists list?
  2. Ah, good point. VMAN you devious git! Almost had me there for a minute
  3. Hallelujah ! (cheers) :-)
  4. In all seriousness, and this is a little random, I can wholeheartedly recommend Sainsbury Online for white goods. Next day delivery available quite often. Also search 'Sainsbury Voucher Code' to get a few bob off the asking price too.
  5. How 'close' is your close family source? Cheers
  6. And, of course, they showed footage to back this up...? (sorry, I can't help myself...) :-)
  7. :-))
  8. ^ This (Maybe)
  9. I'm not making any rational judgement on the situation. Just displaying typical human irrationality. Sincere apologies for my human behaviour.
  10. Very true. In fact, after the initial elation at hearing this news earlier (via BBC Solent) I've now dipped into pessimistic mode again and have a hunch this could be another Adkins smokescreen tactic....
  11. Yep, that's been my hunch since the start but when they word it so definitively it can tend to sow seeds of doubt in one's mind
  12. Ok.....I've just phoned the TO again and the lady who answered spoke to her supervisor about the new website article and she said they have put that out to encourage as many people as possible to collect tickets tomorrow but she confirmed the TO will be open for collection on Saturday between 9am and 12 noon. They just don't want to broadcast the fact.... And, relax....
  13. Right....this is getting right on my tits now.....so, I phone up the ticket office for the umpteenth time this afternoon to re-check that tickets can be collected ON THE MORNING OF THE GAME....... "Yes Sir, no problem. Just get here as early as you can. We open at 9am"....I then see that they've just put this up on the OS: http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2724968,00.html "Please note all ticket collections should be made in advance of the game. Supporters who are collecting their tickets from the box office should do so by 4pm on Friday 6th April, with the St Mary's ticket office open between 9.30am and 4pm on Good Friday to accommodate for this" WFT are they playing at? Why the conflicting infomation FFS? (aaaaaand....calm down)
  14. Due to the drought orders you should be washing your clothes in the nearest stream rather than using a washing machine FFS!
  15. BBC News (UK) ‏ @BBCNews#Rangers' administrators estimate the Glasgow football club's total debts could top £134m http://bbc.in/I5Y1ha Quick....someone give Rangers a bell to say we know someone who can reduce £134m of debt down to, say, £8m....at the drop of a hat....
  16. Solent just now: "Lambert is fit"
  17. I said yesterday that they were talking about "up to 1,000 fans" that hadn't got coach tickets but people thought that must be an exageration....
  18. If only we knew of an MP who has access to internal HMRC emails...
  19. I can't wait for Rallyboy to get his literary teeth into the Sport England story...
  20. I believe "Sport England" is 100% funded by the National Lottery....so, basically, they are now looking to run the club on the proceeds of gambling.....no change there then.....!
  21. You truely could not make any of this up!! It really is time to give up expecting to see anything sensible come out of this saga....
  22. Can't Dave Merrington do what?
  23. Perhaps this Pompey supporter was referring to the work at Fratton Park to unblock the drainage pipes? I believe that project has the same name as this one.
  24. We have a winner
