But.....Birch has publically declared the original CVA won't be honoured. Not today, not tomorrow, not in 2015. As such, AA's sneaky clause is now irrelevant.... So, the Football League has three options: 1. Believe what Birch has declared and deduct further points for doing the equivalent of failing to come out of 'Administration 1' without a CVA 2. Disbelieve what Birch is saying and wait until June 2015 for conclusive proof that the CVA won't be honoured. 3. Stick head in sand thus ignoring the whole damn thing As things stand it's a toss up between 2 and 3.
