i don't believe it's unreasonable for someone to arrive at such an opinion after nearly two months of observation. Whether one agrees with said conclusion is obviously a matter of opinion in itself.

No, I tend to agree with Dell Days in that it's perfectly reasonable to feel 'restless' after no wins in mid-sept. One can feel this way whilst appreciating and understanding the factors behind it. These two state of minds are not mutually exclusive.
