  23. Liebherr is the proud owner of a business that never went into administration. Does this mean that the Football League cannot/will not pursue him for a CVA? In other words, is this the end of the Administration saga as far as the club and the Football League are concerned and, as such, is there there now no chance whatsoever of further points penalties?
