IF there was any mileage in this, why assume that Morgan he would want a foot in both clubs? As far fetched as it may sound, what would stop him breaking ties with Wolves BEFORE investing in Saints? I agree that this is unlikely to happen but I don't see how the legalities are a show stopper per se.

I was standing in my kitchen this afternoon watching Sky Sports News as the other CCC results started to come in and got that chilling feeling you sometimes get when you have a premonition that something monumental has happened. And then I felt a strange kind of calm.... I truely feel today was the day that life as a top flight club (or knocking on the door thereof) ended and that we are now faced with several years in the wilderness of the bottom leagues. More heart than head I know....and there is nothing tangible that happened today to cement this view....but I just got this feeling wash over me that we are witnessing the end of an era.... Back to the comfort of my bottle of McGuigan Shiraz....
