That's the 'in a nutshell' comment for me. I've always given Ralph the benefit of the doubt on previous poor runs because one could argue there were extenuating circumstances, but this current run is baffling. It has all the hallmarks of something not being right behind the scenes but unless we get to know what, if anything, is occuring being closed doors it's almost impossible to make a judgement on how well Ralph might do next season. So, from a logical perspective, there's a level of risk if we stick with him BUT also a level of risk if we opt for a new manager. How do we know which is the greater risk? Bottom line is that we don't...

I reluctantly sent off my application form for the 'Ralph Out' club just before our superb 'Top 6 form' run from December to March. That run led me to believe, like many others, that he had found the key to the consistency door at long last. But, alas, it would appear, in retrospect, to have been a false dawn. I'm therefore, somewhat reluctantly again, dusting off my 'Ralph Out' membership card as I feel the club needs the kind of fresh impetus that only a new management regime can bring. I still remain baffled how a manager can go from seemingly being a genius at some stages of the season to someone that resembles a clueless buffoon at other times. For sale: #legend hashtag. One careful owner.

Caught some of what Dragan said at tonight's awards ceremony... Something about him seeing Saints as a "dream factory" where young players can go enroute to fulfilling their ambitions... Or words to that effect.... Nothing revelationary there... Just underlining from the horse's mouth what our modus operandi is, and will be going forward... i.e. buying young potential and selling would be 'superstars'....

I see we've gone "A-List" with our choice of end of season awards compere this evening. Maybe this is a symbol of our ambitious to come in the transfer window this summer....?
