It's amazing what people can post on the internet in an attempt to make people believe they are where they say they are... #milan

I guess there's a suspicion that this is somehow tied in with our ownership, which may or may not have ramifications. Doesn't being sponsored by a company that, on one hand, we're told (by the club) is a new start-up, and yet, on the other hand has a website saying they are a well established football training company with a large UK HQ in Southampton, have a slight whiff of intrigue about it?

Stop moaning about people moaning FFS!

Yep.. that's the one... just found it: https://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?57075-Banc-de-Binary#.XNmGq45KjdM

Didn't Saints announce a sponsorship deal (albeit a minor one) with a (betting?) company a couple of years ago... only for a few on here to discover they had a dodgy past and the sponsorship deal was swiftly u-turned upon? Or did I imagine that?

This has a whiff of that company during the Saints takeover days that supposedly had something to do with oil rigs. (N something? Can't remember)... turned out to be a front for something else and the website was swiftly taken down.... that said, nothing like like a good old fashioned conspiracy theory...

And good to see that their contact details look legit as well.... UK campus.... in... erm.... China.... And nothing fishy looking about that email address either.... 123456789@163.com Oh, and the website was created in February this year.... Apart from that.... all looks good to me...

What aspect of the new kit design is likely to cause disappointment? (Apart from the sponsor logo) cheers

Thinking out loud, is this a way of Gao pumping money into the club without falling foul of the FFP rules...?

We scored 9 points in 16 games before Hassenhuttl took over. Its not unreasonable to summise that we'd have achieved significantly more than 9 points in those 16 games had Hasenhuttl been manager from the start of the season. Football is about opinions. I respect your opinion that we wouldn't have scraped into the top 10 with Ralph at the helm for the whole season (you may well be right, but we'll never know), so how about respecting my opinion that I think we would have just about got into the top 10 rather than scoff every time someone expresses a hunch that you don't agree with and trott out the highly intellectual "dinlow" retort...? Yes, we've got a decidedly average squad. Yes, we need to significantly improve the squad. Yes, we agree on more than we disagree. Love and peace

Thank you kindly sir. Touched that you remembered x

My cousin supports Colchester and is always telling me that ethics is in football. Mind you, he does have quite a bad lisp.

I guess it could be a major sportswear company in China that are looking to set up a new company for the UK/European marketplace, rather than trading under their existing brand? #clutchingatstraws

He said it would be hard to become a top ten side next season without improving the squad, not that it would be impossible. (I happen to agree with him) Do you think we would have scored more points this season with this squad if Hasenhuttl had been at the helm from the start of the season? I believe we would have been good enough for a top 10 finish (just). You don't believe that. It's just a different opinion, that's all. No big deal.

Because Hasenhuttl wasn't our manager for the first 15 games of the season.
