I recently noticed that on 11th November 2016, 5 days before 'Southampton Football Club Limited' took out a new charge on 16th November 2016, 'St Marys Stadium Limited' satisfied a charge dating back to the year 2000. The 'persons entitled' to the satisfied charge was 'St Marys SPV Limited' (what does SPV stand for..?). All three companies are owned by Katharina Liebherr. Does this add another piece to the 'possible takeover' jigsaw or is it just 'business as usual'? Yet another game where we were the better team for the first three quarters of the game but with no cutting edge. Just back from the game. Excellent performance from the whole team, maybe Tadic the only player below par. Difficult to pick a MotM, but I'll give my vote to Redmond. Yes, he missed a few chances but he ran himself into the ground for the team today and his chipped effort that hit the bar was sublime. Special mention for JRod who is starting to look like his pre-injury self and for Yoshida who filled Fonte's boots with aplomb. And a final mention for the ref who was absolutely dire. Can see us finishing the job at Anfield, especially if the players are as psyched up for it as they were tonight.
