  1. I haven't played it but I'd imagine it would be quite addictive. It is a stripped down version of the game, similar to the PSP version.
  2. Of course it won't. He is a Premiership quality player and is currently on approx £45k p/w.
  3. Saints looked at him and decided he wasn't good enough. Why would it be any different now? Hence why he ended up on loan to the worst team in League One.
  4. Interesting you leave out that Saints are 13 points behind 2nd place and automatic promotion. If Saints beat Southend at home next weekend they are guaranteed to finish 5th (in terms of points earnt) and could still finish 2nd (in terms of points earnt).
  5. They have on the BBC Radio Kent commentary.
  6. Southampton: Kelvin Davis, Jon Otsemobor, Aaron Martin, Jose Fonte, Jospeh Mills, Dean Hammond, Lloyd James, Adam Lallana, Jason Puncheon, Lee Barnard, David Connolly Subs: Bartosz Bialkowski, Rickie Lambert, Papa Waigo N'Diaye, Paul Wotton, Danny Seaborne, Callim McNish, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
  7. Currently 13 points from 2nd. So that is what Pardew is aiming for - to get within 10 points of 2nd. Within 10 points of the playoffs is likely to be achieved with victory against Southend.
  8. From the article on the Saints OS from the day Papa signed. Secondly you cannot prove either way that Antonio signed an extension or if it was automatically extended by Reading.
  9. Link?
  10. There are only two players on loan. Antonio is 50% of the loans so not the majority. As for Papa... From the article on the Saints OS from the day he signed.
  11. I'm not saying the club shouldn't be punished with things like points deduction/relegations. Just that there needs to be a deterrent as well. Former owners aren't affected by points deductions given after administration so why would they see it as a reason not to continue unless they actually care for the clubs future (which isn't always the case)?
  12. How is your proposal a deterrent? Those responsible have left and the punishment in many cases has no influence on their actions before they leave.
  13. Very unlikely Poke will stay. Saints would then be left with far too many keepers over 20 years old.
  14. Papa's loan has an agreed purchase option with price built into it.
  15. Even if he did go do you think Cortese and Pardew wouldn't reinvest the money in another striker that would stand out in League One? I certainly don't.
  16. Nearly 1 million views and page 500 as well. Wait for one landmark in a Pompey thread and three come along at once.
  17. But if this idea was the plan, then the sash would be the reverse kit instead of the Bilbao black kit. So you'd get both for the price of one.
  18. It is basically the same as ALL Saints kits from 1896 to 1976. Did you think they were ****?
  19. The black side(or for Saints the white with red sash) is just meant to be used as a casual t-shirt that commemorates 125 years, not to be worn in matches.
  20. The main shirt is a basic red and white striped shirt. I don't see how it can be described as vile. Basically the same as ALL Saints kits from 1896 to 1976.
  21. This could be a big clue! It makes sense with what Cortese said about it being unique and a one off. A REVERSIBLE KIT!!! Spanish side Athletic Club de Bilbao have revealed their new special edition home shirt that the team will wear next season. The shirt commemorates the club’s 100th anniversary and is made by Umbro as part of their new tailored range. The shirt is mainly the club’s traditional home colours of Red and White stripes, the colour the club have been using since 1910. There is also a wide red collar. The club badge is on the left of the shirt and the makers have their logo on the right in black. For Saints they could have a similar shirt in red and white stripes. The home shirt is also reversible. The reverse is mostly all black. The collar and ends of the sleeves are red. There is a special edition club badge is on the left of the chest and the makers have their logo on the right. The back of the shirt also has the names of the first 11 players of the club written down in white. For Saints the reverse kit could be the 1885 sash kit and on the back the 11 players like on the Bilbao kit. Therefore red and white stripes and a sash together. Everyone happy!
  22. The site you linked to says it was Newcastle's kit in 1881. So no need for that spreadsheet.
  23. But do they actually need the Football League's agreement for it to go through? Or as its the Premier League's money can they do as they wish and the FL are just expressing their concerns and can have no impact on proceedings?
  24. Why next year? Their 125 anniversary was in 2006! Have you forgotten this?
