I didn't compare, I said "these are the things you get in the Premiership". Many current Prem clubs have some very impressive setups and many others have plans to improve. If Saints did nothing they would be a long way behind when they get to the Premiership. btw watch the whole Leeds video and you will see it has alot more than Staplewood. Plus Leeds training ground is over 10 years old. Saints should be aiming to be a midtable Premiership team and have the facilities to match. At the moment they do not as a lot more than 10 teams have or have plans to have better facilities. Staplewood was good about 8 years ago in comparison but since Saints left the Premiership a lot of teams have improved as Saints stood still.

You don't need to visit them. A simple google search shows Saints if now were in the Premiership would have one of the poorest setups and I have been to Staplewood. See the links in my previous post.

It certainly is not the best in League One... Even Leeds is out of date now but still more impressive than Staplewood. A number of Championship clubs have better than Saints do. Save the "Keegan Style Saints Shirt" for all the seasons after next. A one off 1885 shirt is what is needed.

Why impossible? Saints can still in theory get 90 points. It will most likely take around 76 points to get 6th spot. The current Saints squad shouldn't really drop more than the 14 points in the next 19 games against the teams in League One.

Charlton are too far away already to be caught by Saints. I doubt Colchester will be caught either. Saints are basically going for the final playoff spot or possibly 5th.

Well it was never going to happen in a million years anyway. Imagine the outrage if council tax money was used to help Saints. Not every council tax payer is a fan of the local club.

Throughout the clubs most successful decade in the League(i.e. the 1980's), Southampton didn't wear red and white stripes at all!

Why do you have a problem if they used the 1885 style kit? After all, it is to celebrate 125 years.
