The experts have found evidence that for those who do become severely ill, there is still a high chance of hospitalisation and death. Given that the transmissibility of omicron is very high, there is the chance that even though it is milder, infections could soar to the point that large numbers end up in hospital."

That would require a lot of work to determine if each job is suitable to be done remotely.

It does not do that at all. I'm puzzled how you have drawn that bizarre conclusion. There are now 3 vaccinations for Covid, the word 'fully' means to have 100% of them and for some time to have passed in order for them to be effective in your immune system. So by definition you can't be 'fully vaccinated' by only having 66% of them. That does not mean having only the first and second dose offers no protection.

Sounds logical. Do you think otherwise?

Puzzling why typos surprise you! I've made tens of thousands of posts and your selective memory focuses on the rare occasions they happen. Typing quickly on a tiny keyboard will occasionally lead to typos.
