Celtic currently have no need to buy Elyounoussi as he is on loan with them until summer 2021. Plus I'd guess that Ntcham is the backup option if Saints don't get McKennie. So any deal for Ntcham would be on the back burner until McKennie either signs or doesn't.

He was never owned by Saints, he was on loan.

They all had time to get back beforehand. They are rich enough to have a range of options available to them to get back at short notice.
