  1. I don't even know where to start with unpicking all of that! 🤔 😃 Messi's wages are £26m per year! About 25% of Saints entire wage bill. He wouldn't have the slightest interest joining Southampton even if they could afford his wages and transfer fee.
  2. Lallana back to Saints... 🙄 https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1312892/Southampton-News-Adam-Lallana-Liverpool-Everton-Pierre-Emile-Hojbjerg-Transfer

  4. You aren't free from a book that endorses and instructs a lot of evil. The character of the devil kills less than the character of God in that old book! So why have you decided the character of the devil is the bad guy and not the character of God?
  5. Dodgy deals selling their stadiums to their owners and leasing it back to the club to bypass FFP rules and cover huge losses.
  6. There will be Pompey players earning £100k+ per year. I'm sure they can afford a house or flat whether in Portsmouth, Fleetwood or London. It is a completely flawed argument by Caitlin.
  7. So are Boufal, Redmond and Djenepo in the 4222 system
  8. No he hasn't
  9. I suppose he may have had 'Sacked in the morning' sung for him!
  10. He didn't have a song either!
  11. For a tongue firmly in cheek post it has sparked a lot of anger!
  12. Not an extensive list then.
  13. Using cheaper flat & house prices is daft. The average League One player earns £70,000 per year. They are rich men and can easily afford a decent flat or house.
  14. True though isn't it? Just playing devil's advocate...
  15. Songs for black players are rare at St Mary's...! Which black Saints players have had songs? 🤔
  16. I don't see why Spurs would let newspaper articles influence them in a multi million pound business transaction. They'd be pretty daft if they did.
  17. It isn't a good idea in FM either! 😉
  18. A guess based on it being a common clause in sales of promising young players. Bayern Munich would have been foolish not to include such a clause.
  19. Potentially €6.5m for Hoedt... https://www.voetbal24.be/news/62754/wesley-hoedt-voor-65-miljoen-op-weg-naar-belgische-topclub-
  20. Lemina has not won the Champions League
  21. Millions of pounds of prize money is up for grabs. If Saints draw and Everton play afterwards they would know they wouldn't need to win to stay above us and could settle for a draw.
  22. I'd guess 10% to 15% of any fee will go to Bayern Munich as a sell on clause.
  23. He wasn't the first to the story.
  24. I doubt Spurs would care about Saints accepting a higher offer for Hojbjerg than their own. It would be nonsensical for Saints to accept a lower offer by Spurs. Levy is a businessman and it would be daft to cut off your nose to spite your face. Why turn down money for Walker-Peters if an offer comes in from Saints and he is for sale?
